Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund/return within 12 hours of receipt (Books, Copies and Book Bundles).

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. You must also include a brief explanation of the reason for the refund, as well as your order number.

For Products other than Books, Copies and Book Bundles:

We will gladly accept Returns or Exchange, given that:

• • The product/ item delivered to you is damaged, defective or incorrect
  • It has been informed to our customer support team within 24 hours of order delivered,
  • Goods to be returned are NOT used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 1 Day of Order Delivered.

 

To initiate a refund, please fill the Refund Form mentioning account title, account number & bank name. You must include this number with your return shipment and contact our customer support team.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the bank account provided by the customers, and may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account. Refunds will be done in the bank accounts only. No other payment methods/platforms and gateways will be entertained.

Partial Returns/Refunds: Returns of Products Valued at 1500 PKR or More:

If the product being returned from an order is valued at 1500 PKR or more, the customer will receive a full refund for the returned item.

Returns of Products Valued Below 1500 PKR:

If the product being returned from an order is valued at less than 1500 PKR, the customer will receive a discount voucher for the difference amount. This voucher can be used for future purchases on Clover.pk.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Packaging

It is mandatory to securely pack the products and use of bubble wrap - In case of scratch or dent or any damage in transit to the product, company will Not be responsible and will Not returning the item, we will send it back to you as it is. To avail Return Policy rights please follow the safety instructions for the return shipment - in case of Any damage company will Not be Responsible.

• • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e., courier or registered post on his/her own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) after receiving the return products.

1. REPACK MERCHANDISE Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Return Form are included with your return shipment.
2. SHIP TO

3. REFUND

Upon receiving the return shipment at our office, it would take us 1-3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to process you refund. We will notify once process gets initiated, in mean while we greatly appreciate your patience

NOTE: We try our best to resolve all complaints from our customers, but sometimes they are valid and sometimes they are not valid.
