Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Please read our Exchange policy below for more information.
Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 12 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange by filling the Exchange Form.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please include a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange, as well as your order number, when you fill the form.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
Partial Exchange Policy
- Book Bundle Purchases:
- Items purchased as part of a bundle (e.g., book sets) cannot be returned or exchanged individually.
- Partial Exchange of Single Items:
- We are happy to offer partial exchanges on individual items from an order.
- Exchanges of Same Value:
- If the item selected for exchange is of equal value to the original item, the exchange will be processed immediately with no additional charges or adjustments.
- Exchanges of Higher Value:
- If the item selected for exchange is of higher value than the original item, the customer will be required to pay the price difference before the exchange can be processed.
- Exchanges of Lower Value:
- If the item selected for exchange is of lower value than the original item, a discount voucher will be issued to the customer for the difference, which can be used on future purchases.
Product Exchange terms and conditions
We will gladly accept Product Exchanges, given that it has been communicated to our customer support team within 3 hours of Order Delivered, goods to be exchanged are NOT used and in their ORIGINAL packing with tags (if any), within 1 day of order delivered.
It is mandatory to securely pack the products and use of bubble wrap - In case of scratch or dent or any damage in transit to the product, company will Not be responsible and will Not returning the item, we will send it back to you as it is. To avail Exchange Policy rights please follow the safety instructions for the return shipment - in case of Any damage company will Not be Responsible.
· Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
· Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e., courier or registered post on his/her own expense to our address.
· Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S):
1. REPACK MERCHANDISE
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to exchange, along with the Exchange Form are included with your return shipment.
2. SHIP TO
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e., courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:

3. EXCHANGE
Upon receiving the return shipment at our office, it would take us 1-3 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to process you Exchange. We will notify once process gets initiated, in mean while we greatly appreciate your patience
NOTE: We try our best to resolve all complaints from our customers, but sometimes they are valid and sometimes they are not valid.
